Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes-based subtypes and genomic characteristics of Lymphoepithelioma-like Carcinoma
Release date:
2022-04-14
Description:
The genomic profiles of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinomas (LELCs) occurring in different organs (e.g. lung, salivary gland, stomach, and others) with different immuno-pathological features (high or low lymphocyte infiltrations) remain unknown.Whole exome sequencing (WES) was performed on the collected tissues from 51 pathologically confirmed LELC patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
