Integrative single-cell multiomics analyses dissect molecular signatures of intratumoral heterogeneities and differentiation states of human gastric cancer
Release date:
2023-04-25
Description:
Gastric cancer (GC) displayed drastic heterogeneity in clinic, but the underlying molecular basis remains elusive and requires urgent investigation. We performed optimized single-cell multiomics sequencing of highly heterogeneous GC, and provide thorough and in-depth understanding of molecular heterogeneity and cell plasticity of cancer cells during tumorigenesis and progression.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
