Title:
epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations in non-small cell lung cancer
Release date:
2022-01-13
Description:
We retrospectively reviewed the prognostic significance of 53 people with EGFRm NSCLC diagnosed with LM. Survival was improved in people with EGFRm NSCLC diagnosed with LM who received high-level EGFR TKIs regardless of gene mutation status in tissue and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Those with LM with peripheral pulmonary lesions, partial response or stable disease, and mutated EGFR was eliminated in blood, are likely to benefit from this treatment.
