Description:
We performed transcriptome profiling of surgical tissue specimens from patients with UTUC by single-cell sequencing for the first time and assessed populations of different types of cells in the whole UTUC tumor ecosystem.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
