Release date:
2022-03-21
Description:
Tissues from penoscrotal extramammary Paget disease, full-thickness skin from penoscrotal and non-penoscrotal region were collected and performed bulk RNA-seq. We aim to explore the transcriptional characteristic of EMPD with different clinicopathological performance.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
