Description:
In present study, Nanopore long-read sequencing and RNA-seq technologies were employed to investigate HPV integration and its oncogenic progression in 16 HPV16-positive primary cervical tumors.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
