Here, we performed micro-transcriptomic profiling of oocytes and their CCs from 47 preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) patients to explore the energy metabolism relationship between oocytes and CCs at different oocyte maturation stages (GV, MI and MII).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
