We collected genomes and transcriptomes from 235 spatially informed sectors across 13 hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC), unravel an unprecedently dynamic landscape of spatial intra-tumor heterogeneity, and pinpoint Darwinian selection as a leading force driving disease progression.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This DAC governs the data release of the multi-regional HCC dataset generated from the group of Evolutionary and Population Genomics (EPG) at Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
