Skeletal undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (SUPS) is an invasive pleomorphic soft tissue sarcoma with a high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. We performed scRNA-seq to analyze tumor tissues and paracancer tissues from a SUPS patient.
