A project represented a clinically relevant proteogenomic landscape of PDAC. The integrative analysis revealed the causal impact genomic variation on transcriptome, proteome, and phosphoproteome, which demonstrated the potential mechanism of the malignancy of PDAC with heterogeneous clinical presentation.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
