To elucidate pathways in peripheral immune cells that might lead to immunopathology or protective immunity in major depressive disorder (MDD), we applied scRNA-seq to profile peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from three MDD patients and three healthy controls.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
