Pan-genome analysis of Han Chinese genomes. You can access the data by clicking the project name "HUPAN" above. This project contains 1 experiments, 185 samples, 185 runs and 187 analyses. The 2 extra analyses contain the resulted novel genomic sequences and genes, which can be downloaded freely. The raw sequencing data and assembled genomes can be accessed under "run" and "analysis", with restriction. Due to the large size of the project, please be patient after you click the project name above.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
