Description:
To investigate the chromatin accessibility of butyrate-treated colon carcinoma cells, we treated HCT116 cells with 1mM butyrate or PBS control. Then they were subjected to ATAC-seq.

[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
