TFAP2C knockdown reduce Cor RG score in human ES induced hNPC

Description:
RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent from human ES induced sh-Scamble and sh-TFAP2C hNPC groups respectively. 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.
