This study proposed the crowd from China to collect the cases of schizophrenia sample (50) and healthy controls (50) whole transcriptome analysis, and combined with peripheral blood transcriptome analysis published schizophrenia as well as the public schizophrenia genome-wide association analysis, screening new susceptibility genes of schizophrenia.
