Description:
We performed rRNA-depleted RNA-seq in HeLa cells under PABPN1-knockdown conditions (siPABPN1_1/2) and fast PABPN1-degradation conditions (dTAG_3/6h_rep1/2) in comparison with WT conditions (siNC_1/2 or dTAG_0h_rep1/2, respectively).
