In the present study, we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of clinical earlobe keloid samples and adjacent normal skin samples. We comprehensively studied the cell-cell interactions between ECM-related populations and Schwann cells, and revealed their roles in the formation of earlobe keloid.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
