To obtain a panoramic transcriptional profile of T-cell profiles, we performed a single-cell RNA sequencing analysis on 45,019 cells isolated from healthy individuals and tuberculosis patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
