ChIP-seq analysis of AICD-resistant T cells treated with lactic acid.
Release date:
2023-04-24
Description:
In order to study how histone lactylation regulate AICD sensitivity of CTLs. We performed chromatin immunoprecipitation with sequencing (ChIP-seq) in AICD-resistant T cells treated with lactic acid using anti-H3K18la antibody to identify its potential downstream genes.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
