Whole Exome Sequencing of Patient-derived Three-dimentional Bioprinting Models of Colorectal Cancer and Its Liver Metastases
Release date:
2022-11-06
Description:
Previous studies have demenstrated that three-dimentional bioprinting models derived from patients retain the genomic profiles of the original tumors. Whole-exome sequencing was performed to validate this in 14 three-dimentional bioprinting models of colorectal cancer/liver metastases as well as the corresponding tumor tissues. Besides, 8 organoid samples were also included to compare with the three-dimentional bioprinting models.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
