Single-cell sequencing of PBMCs from myasthenia crisis patients

This project contains raw single-cell sequencing data of the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from three myasthenia crisis patinets. This is a self-control study, and every patients were sampled twice (at the most acute stage and at three months after discharge). The patients are composed of 2 AChR+ and 1 MuSK+ myasthenia patients (2 males and 1 female, 66.67±17.10 years old).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.

[path/to/key/file] must be an absolute path, e.g.: /home/keys/aspera.openssh
[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
