Single cell analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from highly aggressive gastric cancer patients
Release date:
2025-02-13
Description:
Highly aggressive gastric cancer (HAGC) is a rare subtype of gastric cancer characterized by bone marrow metastasis at an early stage and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Prognosis is poor, and the mechanisms behind HAGC development are unclear. Here, we use single-cell RNA-seq to explore the response of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to HAGC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
DAC for HAGC, NAGC and healthy control data for the Microwell-seq human data. This is a collaborative project across SUSTech and SYS in Shenzhen and Guangzhou
