A considerable proportion of patients with a history of mycobacterium tuberculosis infection have irreversible and often progressive pulmonary defects. Here, we established the single-cell transcriptomic landscape of lungs of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and deciphered cell type-specific molecular profiling associated with diseases, including hyperinflammation, cell death, fibrosis, and cellular senescence as an unappreciated molecular event of Tuberculosis (TB) pathology.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
