We initiated a larger-scale multicenter study in 2022 aiming to evaluate both DNA- and RNA-based mNGS methods for pathogen detection in lower respiratory tract infections (LRIs).

[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
