Description:
To compare the roles of MAVS in regulating homeostasis of various stem cells, we performed RNA-seq in MAVS+/+ and MAVS-/- hESCs, hNSCs and hMSCs, and WGS in MAVS+/+ and MAVS-/- hMSCs.
