Release date:
2025-01-04
Description:
We aimed to investigate the effect of E2 against the gingival epithelial injury of human gingival epithelial cells (HGECs) induced by Porphyromonas gingivalis-LPS.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This work aimed to investigate the effect of E2 on the gingival epithelial injury of human gingival epithelial cells (HGECs) induced by P. gingivalis-LPS. RNA-seq (12 samples), including the control group, the E2 group, the LPS group, and the E2+LPS group, was performed in this work.
