Metagenomic sequencing in variant transthyretin amyloidosis

Description:
We performed short-gun metagenomic sequencing in 13 variant transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR-v) patients and 22 healthy subjects. The result exhibited ATTR-v related alterations of gut microbiota.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
