The lack of hepatobiliary tumor models that recapitulate the features of human hepatobiliary tumors has hampered development in discovering molecular pathogenesis and novel therapeutic strategies. Here, we describe a robust protocol for long-term culturing of patient-derived hepatobiliary tumor organoids from Chinese population that recapitulate the histological, molecular, and genetic features of the primary tumors.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
