The RNA-Seq data of human skeletal muscles and subcutaneous white adipose tissues

Description:
In this study, the RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) of skeletal muscles from 10 human subjects with a BMI over 24 and another 10 human subjects with a BMI below 24, and RNA-Seq of subcutaneous white adipose tissues (scWAT) from 7 human subects with a BMI over 28 and another 27 human subjects with a BMI below 24 were performed.

You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.

[path/to/key/file] must be an absolute path, e.g.: /home/keys/aspera.openssh
[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
