Single-cell RNA-seq of peripheral blood mono nuclear cells (PBMCs) from 26 donors and 5 NSCLC cell lines

Description:
PBMCs from donor 1-16, single-cell RNA-sequencing was performed separately. PBMCs from donor 12-16 (B408 to B412 Mixture) and donor 17-26 (10 donors mixture) were mixed for single-cell RNA-sequencing. Five non-small cell lung cancer cell lines A549, H1975, H2228, H838 and HCC827 were mixed and treated in drug or control condition for single-cell RNA-sequencing. Mitochondrial bulk RNA-seq for PBMCs from donor 1-26 and five non-small cell lung cancer cell lines was performed separately.
