Title:
RNA-sequencing of erythrocytes from cancer patients

Description:
Erythrocytes were isolated from 5 mL purple-capped vacutainers equipped with the anti-coagulant EDTAK2. The total RNA was purified with RNAprep Pure Micro Kit and then subjected to library preparation using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Kit for Illumina or SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA Kit for Sequencing. Finally, the libraries were submitted for 150 bp paired-read sequencing on the Illumina Hiseq X-ten.
