Intergrated Multi-omics Sequencing Reveals Metabolic Reprograms in the Progression of ccRCC (WES))
Release date:
2023-06-25
Description:
100 samples from treatment-naive ccRCC patients and 50 matched normal adjacent tissues (NATs) were profiled with whole exon sequencing (WES), whole transcriptome sequencing (WTS), data-independent acquisition (DIA)-based proteome and untargeted metabolome technology to identify the general molecular characteristics of the TJ-RCC cohort. Single-nucleic RNA sequencing, single-nucleic multiome, spatial transcriptome and spatial metabolome were performed on part of these 100 tumors to detail the ITH inside ccRCC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
