Synovium is an important component of the joint and the major site of inflammation in arthritic diseases, which plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of these conditions. The study of gene expression regulation mechanism in synovial tissue is of great importance to elucidate the genetic mechanism of arthritic diseases. However, the regulatory landscape of gene expression in synovial tissue remains poorly understood, due to the absence of large-scale resources. Here, we aimed to fill this knowledge gap by integrating genomics with transcriptomics and chromatin accessibility features of human synovium from up to 202 osteoarthritis patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
