Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of optimized human intestinal organoids
Release date:
2024-11-24
Description:
Development of a human intestinal organoid system that captures the balance between self-renewal and differentiation is important for enhancing the proliferation and cellular diversity of the organoids, which is critical for their scalability and application in research and high-throughput screenings. We carried out single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis of our optimized human intestinal culture system to characterize the cellular diversity and cell fate dynamics in the organoids.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
