Title:
Glioma Stem cells Synthesize Phosphocreatine to Fuel Glioblastoma Progression Through Stabilizing BRD2
Release date:
2024-03-08
Description:
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the deadliest primary brain tumor and is characterized by cellular hierarchies with self-renewing glioma stem cells (GSCs) at the apex. GSCs exhibit profound metabolic plasticity that grants them selective survival advantages and confers GBM resistance to treatment. However, the mechanisms behind these advantages in GSCs remain elusive.
