Lineage Tracing for Multiple Lung Cancer by Spatiotemporal Heterogeneity Using a Multi-omics Algorithm Integrating Genomic, Transcriptomic, and Immune-related Features
Release date:
2023-07-15
Description:
Distinction between multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC) and intrapulmonary metastasis (IPM) holds clinical significance in staging, therapeutic intervention, and prognosis assessment for multiple lung cancer. However, lineage tracing by clinicopathologic features alone remains a clinical challenge, which could be overcome by tumor genomic profiling. We aimed to develop a multi-omics algorithm delineating spatiotemporal heterogeneity by genomic, transcriptomic and immune-related features, for lineage tracing.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
