Description:
The way somatic mutation detection affecting the TMB calculation was elucidated. Importance of variant classifications and filtering rules were determined and sorted. Relationship between panel size and accuracy of TMB estimation was analyzed based on the composite pattern of real panels. Optimal VAF cutoff of TMB calculation for solid tumor samples was evaluated.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
