Description:
MEOX2 belongs to the homeobox gene family of transcription factors. To determine the roles of MEOX2 in activating downstream signaling and the sites of genomic binding, we performed RNA-seq and ATAC-seq after MEOX2 knockout together with ChIP-seq for MEOX2 in CL GSCs.
