A novel transcriptome-based molecular classification scheme for cholangiocarcinoma and subtype-derived prognostic biomarker
Release date:
2023-12-05
Description:
The conventional classification of CCAs based on anatomical location has limitations. We developed a novel molecular classification scheme of CCAs and a highly-reliable prognostic biomarker, which can aid in the classification and treatment decision making of CCAs.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
