Description:
ccRCC is a complex disease with remarkable immune and metabolic heterogeneity. Here, we present a TJ-RCC cohort (RCC cohort of Tongji hospital), performing genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabonomic and spatial multi-omic profiling on 100 ccRCC cases.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
