To identify novel host factors that enable SARS-CoV-2 infection, we performed a genome-wide CRISPRa screen in HEK293T cells. After two rounds of infection by SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus with an EGFP marker, the library cells were sorted for total EGFP+ cells as well as the top 10%-20%, top 10% and top 2% grouped by the EGFP intensity. The reference sample and each group of EGFP+ cells were subjected to genomic extraction, PCR amplification of the sgRNAeBAR sequences and high-throughput sequencing.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
