We using mass spectrometry for HLA class I (HLA-I) peptidome coupled with ribosome sequencing of human breast cancer samples identified HLA-I binding cryptic antigenic peptides.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
