Description:
Skull-base chordoma (SBC) is a rare, aggressive bone cancer with a high recurrent rate. Here, we carried out an integrative genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and phosphoproteomics analysis of 187 SBC tumors.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
