Biomarker exploration for immunochemotherapy as first-line treatment in advanced biliary tract cancer

Description:
In this study, 125 patients with advanced biliary tract cancer who received immunotherapy plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment were enrolled. Tumor samples before first-line immunochemotherapy were conducted targeted-NGS and RNA sequencing. Biomarkers related to response and PFS/OS were explored.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
