Description:
We recruited some patients who carried chromosomal rearrangement or with uncertain karyotype in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. They underwent OGM, nanopore sequencing and pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
