The RNA was extracted with TRIzol (Invitrogen) from frozen tissue samples of 10 patients with CR and 10 patients with non-CR. The RNA libraries were prepared by VAHTS Universal V8 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Vazyme Technologies, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China) and then sequenced using Illumina NextSeq 500 platform.
