Chemotherapeutic drugs will affect the process of spermatogenesis. However, the mechanism of how chemotherapeutic drugs cause spermatogenesis disorder is not clear. Therefore, we have collected the testicular tissues of patients with abdominal tumors whose testes were resected after chemotherapy and patients with normal spermatogenesis and performed sequencing of single-nucleus RNA.
