To reveal key pathogenic immune cells in early-stage Graves' ophthalmopathy (GO) using single-cell sequencing technology. Our study offers an in-depth insight into the initial phase of GO, emphasizing pivotal roles of CD169+ mononuclear-macrophages in the advancement of GO.
