Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Reveals Cell Type-Specific Immune Regulation Associated with Human Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder
Release date:
2024-02-12
Description:
Herein, we characterized peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with NMOSD, both before and after steroid therapy, as well as healthy individuals, using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Flow cytometry was performed to validate the results obtained from scRNA-seq.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
