Genomic and immune heterogeneity of multiple synchronous lung adenocarcinoma of different developmental stages(WES)

Multiple synchronous lung cancers (MSLCs) constitute a unique subtype of lung cancer. To explore the genomic and immune heterogeneity across different pathological stages of MSLCs, we performed single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing and bulk whole-exome sequencing on 16 MSLCs from 8 patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
